Behind every change are people – and it is in them that Kalwaria Zebrzydowska is investing today.

As part of the project, a comprehensive training programme is being implemented, covering the entire team at the Bernardine Monastery. This involves dozens of meetings, workshops and study trips, enabling staff to develop their skills in tourism, visitor services and cultural heritage management.

New roles and specialisations will also emerge – from sustainable tourism experts to accessibility specialists. All this to ensure that the new offering goes hand in hand with the highest quality visitor experience.
