Calvary closer to you – always and for everyone
Kalwaria Zebrzydowska is opening up more than ever before – including to those who cannot always be there in person.
This new project makes participation in cultural life, leisure activities and educational events accessible to everyone. Thanks to online broadcasts, selected meetings, workshops and events can be experienced from anywhere – without barriers.
However, this is only part of the changes. On-site solutions are being developed to make it easier for people with special needs to access the programme – from accessible spaces, through audio guides and sign language interpretation, to tour formats tailored to different abilities.
Kalwaria is also a place of rest – picturesque paths, nature and new ways of spending time that bring people together and create shared experiences.
Because culture, rest and good times should be accessible to everyone – without exception.
The project is co-financed by the European Union under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate and Environment 2021–2027 (FEnIKS) programme.
