A place for everyone. No exceptions

Kalwaria 13 05

Kalwaria Zebrzydowska has always been an open space – today it is evolving to meet the diverse needs of visitors even more effectively.

The new project is based on the concept of universal design – one that simplifies, facilitates and makes the use of the space intuitive for everyone. The infrastructure and facilities are being developed with comfort and accessibility in mind, without the need for additional adaptations.

These are concrete measures: the removal of architectural barriers, the implementation of technological solutions to improve accessibility, and the appointment of a specialist to oversee further development in this area.

Communication is also changing – both on-site and online – to make it even clearer and more understandable to a wide audience.

Because accessibility is the natural direction of development for a place that has been open to people for generations.

The project is co-financed by the European Union under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate and Environment 2021–2027 (FEnIKS) programme.
